La Marzocco Wally Milk

Wally Milk is an automatic milk steamer that can be connected to all professional La Marzocco and Modbar machines, as well as most other commercial espresso machines. Wally Milk's goal is to make steaming milk easy with no waste and minimal training, so the barista can focus on what really matters: the customer.

Wally Milk offers the possibility to program up to 20 recipes, making it easy to work with different types of milk and temperatures. The device comes with three milk jugs (250 ml/8 oz, 400 ml/14 oz and 700 ml/24 oz) and can automatically recognize which milk jug is being used thanks to infrared sensors. Furthermore, it is possible to use any jug with a matte finish, with a capacity between 250 ml/8 oz and 700 ml/24 oz. This makes the device flexible and suitable for different coffee preparation needs.
