The Linea PB, invented by and named after Piero Bambi, is a coffee machine that promises better performance, reliability and craftsmanship. It has a shiny stainless steel exterior familiar from La Marzocco, but with updated simple lines and a lower shape. This machine is equipped with special, easy-to-use software that gives the barista direct control over things such as boiler temperature, amount of coffee brewed, hot water dosage, automatic backwashing and other options.
The special thing about the group head (the part where the coffee is made) is that it has a built-in flow meter. This ensures that the water never leaves the part of the coffee boiler that is already completely filled with water. This helps to keep the temperature stable while the coffee is brewing.
